Is there a free trial? If so, how long is it?
At this time, we do not provide free trials. Everything is a conversation though, let’s chat and see if there’s something we can work out. But first, let’s give you a demo to see how Indago unlocks efficiency for you and your team.

How many users/seats are included in each plan?
Our subscriptions are based on the number of users you need to access the platform. If you’re willing to make the plunge and commit to an annual contract, we’ll throw in a savings equal to one free month!

Is billing monthly or annually?

What payment plans do you accept?
We partner with Stripe for all our payment needs. This means all major credit cards are accepted. If you need an alternative payment method, contact us at sales@indagotechnologies.com.

How do upgrades and downgrades between plans work?
Changing your plan options is easy. First, you must be an admin to the Indago subscription. Go into your profile to view the Subscription Plan. From this page, you will see what plan you’re currently subscribed to and upgrade or downgrade as you please. Changes will go into effect at the end of each month. For enterprise plans, it’s best to reach out to your pack leader at Indago to adjust as needed.

What is your uptime/downtime policy?
We strive for a minimum of 99.999% uptime, adhering to the industry-standard five-nines policy. Indago is monitored continuously to ensure high availability and reliability. In the case of any planned downtime for maintenance, subscribers are notified well in advance. Our service level agreements detail our commitment to uptime and our strategies for minimizing disruptions.

How secure is Indago and where is data hosted?
Indago employs a robust security framework to ensure the highest level of data protection. All data is hosted in secure, compliant data centers located in the United States. Can I export my data if I cancel my subscription?
Certainly! Your data won't be held hostage. You can export it anytime. Remember to do this before canceling your subscription. We'll also remind you before you cancel.

What is your refund/cancelation policy?
We hope this problem never occurs, but we understand that life happens. If you cancel your subscription midway, your plan will remain active until the end of the committed term, whether it's annual or monthly. No prorations or refunds will be issued. Enterprise accounts are the exception. For enterprise accounts, you’ll need to reach out to your pack leader at Indago to review your terms.

Do you offer any discounts for non-profits, students, or annual plans?
With an annual plan, you will see over a 10% discount. Currently, no discounts are offered to non-profits or students.

Do you use subscriber data to train the language model utilized in Indago?
No, we do not use customer data to train the OpenAI language model that we leverage. We utilize the OpenAI API, which operates independently and does not involve subscribers to train the model.
